About the event
Pastor and founder of Messianic Congregation, Holy Mount of Zion in Lahore, Pakistan, Shahid Messiah Hanif, will share his testimony and give a short teaching on Trinity or Unity.
The doctrine of the Trinity means that there is one Elohim (God) who eternally exists as three distinct Persons — the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Stated differently, Elohim (God) is one in essence and three in person. These definitions express three crucial truths: (1) The Father, Son and Holy Spirit are distinct Persons, (2) each Person is entirely Elohim (God), (3) there is only one Elohim (God).
The Bible speaks of the Father as God (Phil. 1:2), Jesus as God (Titus 2:13), and the Holy Spirit as God (Acts 5:3-4). Are these just three different ways of looking at God or referring to God’s three different roles?
